Once shipped out, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 8 business days to arrive depending on the carrier used and the efficiency of the carrier. If you utilize our express shipping, you will receive the order in 2 days. However, sometimes backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible.

1. Products can be returned for a refund no later than 30 days after purchase.
2. Products returned after 30 days are eligible for a store credit for the value it was purchased. Products returned and refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
3. Customers must bear the cost of shipping returned products.
4. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded for returned goods.
5. Product must not be opened or a refund may not be issued.

Dear Baby is a weekly prayer journal to use while you are pregnant. Each week covers how your baby is growing and how you can pray for them that week.

Our Pregnancy Journal documents your pregnancy journey with space for weekly photos, monthly updates, and trimester overviews. It has more prompts and details than Dear Baby, but it has no religious content.

Baby’s First Year would be similar to a classic baby book. It starts with an in-depth look at pregnancy and birth details, then tracks baby’s growth, milestones, and favorite memories from the first year of their life.

Our Childhood Memory Book is what we refer to as our snapshot journal. It has space to give the highlights from pregnancy and birth, and then the highlights of each year until they're 18. It takes about an hour to fill out the six pages for each year, and by 18 you'll have a childhood time capsule to keep forever.

Dear Son and Dear Daughter are also snapshot journals from birth to 18, but they are religious journals that include Bible verses and prayer prompts for each year of your child’s life (Baby’s First Year and Childhood Memory Book have no religious references).

Each journal is meant to hold one person’s life story, so I always recommend buying one per person so you don't have to cut their answers short.

That being said, each question has its own page, so if they kept their answers short you could possibly squeeze two people’s answers per question.

It depends! Our journals vary in size and page count. Most are around 80 - 100 pages.

We use 140gsm acid free, archival quality paper.
