Standard Shipping: order by 12/17/22
Expedited Shipping: order by 12/21/22
This applies to the Continental U.S. (Hawaii and Alaska may have delayed delivery)

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly, affordably and safely as possible.

- Once we receive your order, please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing and for us to ship out the order.
- Orders take an estimated 2 - 8 business days to be received after the order(s) have been shipped. (depending on shipping selected)
- Duncan & Stone currently utilizes USPS and FedEx for shipping. Shipping carriers are chosen based on order weight, quantity and customer destination.
- Standard shipping cost is $6.95 for all journal orders (unless order is over $65, and then shipping is free.)
- For all card orders, shipping cost is $5.00.
- Express shipping is also available for $11. We utilize FedEx 2-day shipping for express orders.
- Tracking is provided on all orders. You will receive an email separately after your order is shipped.
- Customers must enter a complete address at checkout. Duncan & Stone is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers.
- Duncan & Stone is not liable for shipping delays made by the shipping carrier.
- Holidays, sales campaigns and inclement weather can impact shipping and delivery times.
We currently ship to Canada, UK, and Australia. Our international orders are shipped via FedEx. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing.
Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs and fees.
*NOTE: During the Holidays, please expect delivery times to be delayed.
**You may also be charged custom fees for delivery in your country—this is your country's sales tax. We cannot mark purchases as gifts and are not responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Although we hope you love our products, we understand returns happen. Please contact our team within 30 days of receiving your order for easy returns and exchanges. We ask that you please return items unused and in the condition they were received.
